Rev. Donald P. Barnes earned his BA at Hiram College and his Master of Divinity at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.  Pastor Don and his wife, Lorra, have been married 36 years and have three children, Chris, Kelly, and Nick, and four grandchildren, Jonathan, Kara, Chloe, and Christopher.  Prior to accepting the call to Cortland Christian, the Barnes' served First Christian Church in Manton, Michigan, First Christian Church in East Liverpool, Ohio, Bolindale Christian Church in Warren, Ohio, and First Christian Church in Bowling Green, Ohio. 

Marianne has served the church for two years.  She manages the office and is responsible for editing and publishing the "Church Bell", along with all other church publications.  In tandum with the Church Treasurer, Marianne has rssponsibility for financial accounting and management.
